Our Facility

Each and every project that we are involved in gets special attention.  Our staff of certified journeymen places great emphasis on the quality construction of our casework, while our shop focuses on both the visual aspects and the structural integrity of each piece.  This allows you, our customer, to know that our casework will be delivered without blemish, ready and able to serve its intended purpose without concern for structural stability.

When we designed our newly constructed facility, we implemented over 30 years of trade experience.  We equipped our new shop with only the finest and most advanced equipment available to our industry.  Our equipment includes both traditional machinery and many new computerized pieces that enable us to produce many cuts and precise measurements without flaw.  We also use this new technology to be more productive, in turn, providing more value to our customers by offering lower prices for production.  This 30,000 square foot facility is equipped with the top-of-the-line CNC routers, edging machines, planers, and solid surface tools.  We also incorporated the finest systems including fire, security and dust collection; ensuring that production continues without delay or mishap.

Our manufacturing process is driven by quality.  To ensure structural integrity, each of our projects are overseen and assigned to one of our shop journeymen.  Throughout the manufacturing process, they oversee the construction beginning with material selection and ending with a full inspection of the finished product prior to shipping or installation.  Since our shop is fully equipped, quality materials needed for the manufacturing process arrive at our Louisville facility and depart as finished casework.
